Follow-up: Mark Unread

As a follow-up to the OP, how do you go back to marking a Note Unread?

I'm currently using the preview pane - have it marking items read that I've previewed, but there are times that I'd like to mark something unread (bold) again.

I can hit the Insert key, but then you're taking your hand off the mouse blah blah blah - I'm used to having it in the right-click menu options.

Is it a matter of just having to get used to Insert key - or learning to use the follow-up flags?
